What would be the easiest and quickest method to remember sociologists for the education topic?

I would suggest simply learning the 4 main sociologists: Althusser, Durkheim, parsons, and Davis and More, to be able to structure your education section of the paper effectively. However, if you are finding it hard to remember the names then just state the different perspectives/theories: Marxist, Functionalist ect. What GSCE’s do I need to be an engineer? (specifically one that designs the mechanics in HS2 etc)

Hello, I would strong recommend taking triple science and definitely computer science as engineering degrees always require you to do some coding. Also any additional maths courses you can take would put you at an advantage.
