God cannot be loving because people suffer.’ Evaluate this statement.

In this point of view, perhaps people who are currently suffering say that God cannot be loving because they are challenged in that moment. On the other hand, I have always believed that God lets us suffer because He wants to try our faith, but it doesn't mean that He doesn't love us. In fact, trials in life are His manifestation that He is working in our lives.

Explain two ways in which belief in the trinity influences Christians today?

Hi Esme, There are a variety of ways in which belief in the trinity can influence Christians today. For example: - Belief in the Trinity can provide comfort to Christians because it presents God as active in the world through the Holy Spirit. In this way, God is ever present for Christians and does not abandon them. - Believing in God the son leads Christians to have faith in the redemptive pow... more
