Can I do a medical degree without an a level in biology?

Yes! Some universities (such as Queen Mary in London only ask for Chemistry and another science)

The best way to find out is to look at the university’s that you want to go to and check their requirements, some will just ask for ‘3 sciences’ some may ask for named A Levels, everywhere is different😊
