5 years on a 'standard' medical degree (A100 - which is the same you apply to straight out of school) - however no funding or tuition fee loans are available for this 4 year graduate programmes (A101 - variously known as 'graduate and professional entry programme' or words to that effect) which usually combine the first two years into one extended year. NHS tuition fee funding is available for these courses
