The diagram below shows one theory of enzyme actionDescribe and explain what is happening at each stage. What enzyme theory does this represent?

To be able to answer this question properly, I would need to see the diagram, but I assume it's the lock and key theory. This involves the substrate binding to the enzyme (with a complementary binding site), the enzyme catalysing the reaction, creating a product, and then the release of the product from the active site as its shape doesnt fit as well as that of the substrate. I hope this helps!
