Usually, questions like this will give you a list of countries and characteristics to choose from. Judging from the previous question, you need to: 1. Clearly state which country you want to design the marketing strategy for. When you choose this country, it is important to outline what you know about the country that would be useful. For example: 1. Is the population well connected to the internet? If so, what is the breakdown. These numbers become useful because it helps you determine how much of your strategy should be online. 2. Are there any laws you need to keep in consideration? 3. Are there any popular public figures that can help you convey your message in that region. Next, you need to see how to show the correct characteristics. Part of this can be through market research. So: 1. What have other companies done (make sure you analyse and reference them properly in your work). 2. What do the target demographic do with their online search behavior (look in to google trends for this). It is important to make sure that you use as much data as possible to support your work. Always use numbers and statistics rather than just your opinion. There is no 'right answer'. So long as your answer is well supported (with tonnes of evidence), you'll be in a good position to get a good grade.
