Copper powder is a good catalyst for the reaction of zinc with hydrochloric acid. A mixture of 10cm squares of the same dilute hydrochloric acid and 1g of copper powder was added to 1g of zinc powder. What is the max volume of gas to give off?

The equation needed to be used to find out the volume of gas given off is volume=Number of moles ×24000. This will give the volume of gas in cm*3
