This really depends on which programming language your going to use, but they are all kinda the same. Certainly they follow the same principles
I'm only going to give you a hint. There is a function called 'range' than returns all the integers between range x and y. Do a little revision on this and see it you can use the range function to return integers from something like x=5 and x=10.
