There are many different interpretations of weak in the play. You could say that Macbeth is presented as weak for allowing his wife to influence him which ultimately leads to his own downfall. Macbeth is weak because he succumbed to the witches prophecy in act one where he begins to fantasize about being king. He lets his ambition overpower his conscience and this is his biggest weakness. He takes advantage of the trust that the king bestowed him with.
