You could break it into a paragraph per minute, e.g if the speech needs to be five minutes, you could write one paragraph for introduction, one for summary/conclusion and then you only need to make three points for a further three paragraphs for the middle section. You could use a note card per minute. Breaking it down in this way might help simplify and make this easier. You can use your title question in your intro and conclusion. Hope this helps!
