It depends on the context. Take “Johnny” out of the sentence and see which works. E.g. “Johnny and I went shopping” works because “I went shopping” is correct, not “Me went shopping”. Conversely, “She really loves Johnny and me” is correct as you are the subject: “She really loves me”, not “She really loves I”.
