PEREL is a good structure for the evaluation questions: Point (explain it), Evidence, Response, Evaluation and Link.

Try to memorise/use 3-4 points so you have maybe 6-8 in total (for and against) - depends on the time you have for the question.

In terms of general structure, I'd recommend PEER for the main body, so point, evidence, expain and relate. Evidence more theoretical, in the explain bit, perhap use practical/real life examples. I know this is very basic but hope it helps.
