Dedicated tutor and undergraduate at Goldsmiths, University of London
Studies and exams can be stressful, having just graduated from BSc Computer Science in 2020 - i understand that too. There’s alot of pressure to meet grade boundaries and targets for students - this is where i come in. My job is to use my experience to help you enjoy what you’re learning, whilst you try hard to meet your targets. Knowledge is power and even more so when you like what you learn.
Experienced tutor and Postgraduate Physician Associate Trainee
Hello everyone I’m Nick a medical student from Norfolk. I am currently studying For my Physician Associate Masters at the University of Manchester, with the final goal being to go on to work in paediatrics. As well as this I also have a degree in Human Biology and have worked in a lot of different roles with children since the age of 18 including as a camp counsellor in America where I taught nature to children aged 8 to 16, a child support worker In a speciality mental health and behavioural children’s home, an NCS team leader and of course a tutor specialising in chemistry and biology. During university, I also completed a teaching module that involved me going into a Secondary school weekly to work within the classroom. I think this gives me an advantage as a tutor as I am very aware of teaching methods being used in schools currently.
I tutor English, Drama and French along with study skills and general help. :)
I'm an 18 student who is currently studying Criminology, Law and Health and Social Care in sixth form/college.
I am a newbie to tutoring but I will tailor my teaching style and content totally depending on the student.
Regarding Drama- I can run lines with you and give feedback or you monologue and I'll give feedback and I can also help with theory etc.
