I am 5 months into my college year. I have overall been set 33 tasks. And j have done 7. Is there any specific tips that will help me catch up?

Here’s a couple of tips. 1. Look at the list of task and put them in order of priority. These could be based on those that have an upcoming deadline, or if certain tasks are linked so they should be completed in a specific order or do the shorter ones first to get yourself motivated. It might be worth speaking to your teacher and classmates to help you do this. 2. Make a schedule/timeline/timetable of when you are going to get this done. It might be that your teachers will be setting new work on top of the work you need to catch up so you need to balance your time. 3. Be clear on the criteria needed to complete a task. When you are completing a task, be absolutely clear on what you need to do and to what standard. Again, your teacher may provide you with guidance on this. 4. Remember it’s never too late. Don’t beat yourself up about this. It’s better to start now and slowly start catching up on those 33 tasks even if it’s completing 1-2 a week. 5. If you’re someone who puts things off just set yourself the smallest amount of work. For example, rather than saying I’m going to get 3 tasks completed today, say to yourself I’m going to write the introduction to this task. It might also help to use the Pomodoro technique where you set yourself a 25min timer. The biggest obstacle is getting started so set yourself small goals that you can easily achieve to stay motivated. Best of luck.
Tutoring. Learn to love learning again.
Firstly, procrastination is the biggest distraction, so avoid any social media platforms. Also, tried to use your time wisely and perhaps create a timetable with targets set on how much tasks you would like to complete. Give priority to your college work rather than family and friends, since they would hopefully be able to understand your circumstances. Another tip would be to have adequate sleep and eat properly as well as keeping your mental health in a good condition. It is obviously difficult to manage such a huge amount of tasks, but you have to sacrifice something to achieve bigger goals!
