Good question! Toddlers learn by exposure. There's a reason why young kids are able to grasp far more languages than older age groups. They are a sponge waiting to consume information. To do this effectively, I'd recommend: 1. Banning English TV from the house - They'll learn English, that won't be a problem. Let them watch their favourite shows, just in another language! 2. Language schools/Tutors - TV is a great way to improve listening skills, but it's very passive. They need to listen to instructions and respond. Assuming you don't speak the second language, it would be really useful for your toddler to be around a native of that language. This could be with a tutor or an immersion school. A few years of this and your child could acquire multiple languages pretty naturally! Good luck :)
