Hello Abigail, To start with both wars involved one side trying to use standard war strategies while the other side used the landscape and environment as β€˜guerrilla’ warfare. - American Revolution: British Army (standard war) vs Patriots (Guerrilla Warfare) - Vietnam War: US Army (standard war) vs Vietnamese/Vietcong (Guerrilla Warfare) Also in both wars the British Army and the US Army were trying to force their will on the other side and thought themselves superior to their opposition. The opposition so strongly believed in their cause that they fought with passion and a stronger spirit because it was their land they were fighting for. I can look for more if you need but these can get you started. Danny
