A-level and GCSE Maths, Biology and Geography tutor

I am a passionate tutor with two years experience of paid 1-to-1 tutoring GCSE maths and science (combined and individual) at a secondary school and private tutoring for A-level maths. Presently, I am studying BA Geography at the University of Cambridge (2020-2023), where I remain committed to both the humanities and sciences. I am available for tutoring with flexible hours until the beginning of October this year (2021). I am devoted towards studying environmental and social issues, and I wish to reciprocate this passion onto others, alongside nailing exam technique, essays and other obstacles, including those headache maths questions. I am able to tutor students in Geography, Mathematics (pure and applied) and Biology up to A-level. I also have experience tutoring Chemistry, Physics and combined science for GCSE. Having been a successful Oxbridge applicant, I have knowledge and first-hand experience of the application process, including writing personal statements, sitting entrance exams and interviews. I am particularly interested in assisting prospective students from state schools and those considering doing geography. I have been the recipient of a number of awards, including: - Silver Medal at the International Geography Olympiad (iGeo) 2019, ranking 19th out of 166 participants from 43 countries - Geographical Association WorldWise competition winner (Essays on upland wildfire and flooding management in Northern England) I have the following qualifications: - 12 GCSEs, including four 9s (English Language, Biology, Geography, History); three 8s (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry); and A* Further Maths - 3 A-levels: Mathematics, Biology, Geography (A*A*A*) - Level 3 Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) (A*) on Island Biogeography, wildlife corridors and recreation in urban environments - Currently studying undergraduate Geography at King's College, University of Cambridge (2020-2023), where I continue to maintain and expand my previous interests
