HISTORY
Asked by Tim

Copernicus, Galileo, Kepler, and Newton all supported which idea from the Scientific Revolution?

They all supported the idea that the Earth orbits around the Sun, which opposed the view of the Church at the time, which claimed that the Earth was at the centre of the universe and that everything else was perfect and unchanging. Copernicus developed the first mathematical proofs that the Earth was not at the centre of the Universe, Kepler supported this, and then Galileo observed sunspots, which proved that the heavens were not perfect, but all three were prevented from spreading their theories by the Church.
