JAPANESE
Asked by Domenica

How hard is it to learn basic Japanese? How much time will I need to spend on it as I am studying for my GCSEs which I will be taking in a years time and I don’t want to put too much pressure on myself with a subject which is hard. :)?

Hi Domencia, I can only advise from the perspective of doing French at GCSE. I think you do have sufficient time to be able to do well in the GCSE. To give yourself the best chance of success, ensure you recap content regularly and complete a few past papers. I personally found the CGP revision guide and the question book really helpful for revising French. I’m sure there will be a Japanese equivalent. Hope this is helpful.
