Anna plays a computer game. Each game is a win or a loss. She wins three quarters of her first 24 games. She then wins her next 12 games. For all 36 games, work out the ratio wins : lossesGive your answer in its simplest form?

3/4 × 24 = 18 wins She then won 12 more games bringing her wins to 30. Out of 36 games, 30 were wins and 6 were loses. Therefore, Wins : Loses 30 : 6 Divide both by 6 to simplify to W : L 5 : 1
