There are two ways to work this out: 1) calculate 13 % andd subtract this from 82 2) calculate 87% (100-13) If you have a calculator, all you need to do is multiply 82 by the percentage you want, and then divide by 100. If you don't have a calculator, you can work out 1% by dividing by 100 (=0.82) then times this by the percentage you want.
