Make sure you set aside time for yourself, at least one hour before bed when you ignore exams and make a hot drink, get comfy and watch a movie/read a book etc. Try to relax in the evenings and get enough sleep (at least 7 or 8 hours). Drink lots of water and eat breakfast lunch and dinner every day. Setting specific achievable goals on a to do list for each day should help you to not feel overwhelmed by the revision you have to do.
