How do I do this? x is directly proportional to z when x is 10, z is 15 find a formula connecting x and z x = ??

x is directly proportional to z, therefore finding an equation relating x and z => x = az => when x = 10 and z = 15 then => 10 = 15a => a = 2/3 Hence x = (2/3)*z Hope this helps
