If a man asks for 1 piece of rice for the first box, 2 for the second and 4 for the third, what is the total amount of rice in all of the 64 boxe ? can someone please give me a good and detailed and not too complicated, I would be very grateful! =?

If you want help with this question then you have to ask it properly. Anyway this is Geometric Series with sum S S = (a(1-r^n) ) / (1-r) a is first term this case 1 r is common ratio here 2 n is number of terms I guess here is 7 So substituting you get S = 128 But if n is 64 then S would be an extremely large number so please check the question.
