When the toy car rolls down the sclope ,some energy is transfered to the surrounding as the thermal energy how should i calculate the amount of energy transferred to the surrounding?
Energy at top of slope: GPE calculated with mhg (where h is vertical distance to bottom of slope)
Energy at bottom of slope: Kinetic energy (1/2 m v^2)
Difference in energy = thermal energy
