Why physics and technology depended on each other?

Hello again. I meant to say that the flip side of the argument, as advancements in computing, measurement and materials science are made, our ability to isolate and design experiments to examine the physical universe expand. So technology depends on physics. Physics depends on technology. Ian

Hey there Himadritanaya This is a great question to think about. Fundamentally physics is the study of the the universe and is an enormously broad subject. The study of physics has led to major technological advancements, such as MRI, computing hardware, space science, energy production and large parts of climate science. As physicists make advancements in our understanding of quantum physics (electrons and their behaviour etc) our understanding of the properties of the elements and the materials they make, we are able to use these materials to their full advantage. I hope this helps. Do reach out if you want to talk more. Ian
