What is the purpose of geothermal energy?
Hi Micheal, Geothermal energy as the name implies is heat coming from the earth. The earth’s core is super hot and their are hidden hot water reservoirs or steam miles beneath the surface of the ground. This can help us generate electricity by using the steam to turn turbines. Geothermal is a renewable source as well. Hope this helps Mohammed
