I would suggest you use an IELTS textbook as it provides the CD for listening and answers for references. Practice reading passages using a timer - 20 min for each. Using a timer for practising is very important as it trains you to write quicker. Practice up to 3 passages a day. For writing, I would suggest writing an essay plan and making point forms in practices, then time yourself for an hour to do a data question and the longer essay. For speaking, I would practice with a friend or a family member, or even in the mirror! Practice makes perfect! Good luck!
