100-20y-20y+4y^2+y^2=65
5y^2-40y+35=0
y^2-8y+7=0
(y-1)(y-7)=0
Therefore the points for y are 1 and 7. Substitute these into the x formula of x=10-2y gives P:(8,1) Q:(-4,7)
Use the formula c=sqrt((Xa-Xb)^2+(Ya-Yb)^2)
c=sqrt((8--4)^2+(1-7)^2)
