How do I write quicker for larger marked questions in exams that I have a set time for, e.g. 10 marks in 10 minutes. Any tips?
Keep practicing and timing yourself. Set a timer and try and be efficient in what you are writing. The more you write the quicker you will get in meeting the set time requitement

Solve 5p + 7= 3(4-p)?
You need to expand the brackets So it’s reads 5p + 7 = 12 - 3p Then you need solve the equation using the inverse method and collecting your like terms So next step would be 5p +7+3p=12 (add 3p to both sides) 8p+7=12 8p=5. (-7 from both sides) P= 5/8 (divide by 8 both sides)
