I’ve recently started working in a shop. Please could you help me get better at adding up. Things like £1.95 and £9.95? Do you have any tips to improve my adding up? And times but 2,3,4,5?
I would round it up or down then add / subtract the amount you rounded. So £1.95 would be £2 and £9.95 would be £10. £10 + £2 is £12 Then minus the 10p that was rounded. £12.00 - £0.10 = £11.90 In regards to multiplication use simple techniques like.
