An easy-going, reliable and professional Oxford graduate, here to help you! 😊
Hey there and thanks for visiting my profile. My name is Sam, and I'm an Oxford University chemistry graduate, currently studying for my second masters in Pharmacology, also at Oxford. I've taught students of various ages and abilities since my high school days and I take great pride in my easy-going, approachable yet knowledgable style. I want to make sure the student has confidence to suggest solutions with me and to have a thoroughly enjoyable tutorial experience where they really see value from our sessions in a relaxed learning environment. Outside of studying, I'm a keen long distance runner. I also enjoy travelling around the world (when time and money permits!) and exploring new cultures and ways of life is of real interest to me.
I like learning about the things we can see! Science!
I enjoyed biology at school and learning about how things worked that we couldnt always see. I studied engineering and sustainable energy at university and have now been working for 4 years in the automotive industry. Happy to help with career advice too as I know how hard it can be. Regularly I discuss this topic with school placement students.
I will support you to do the very best in your science studies!
I have a deep understanding of the life sciences and chemistry through my academic studies and have been a tutor for 6 years. I love working with students to do the best they can possibly do! Please note: I am based near Warwick in the Midlands
