A fun and enthusiastic tutor ✨
My aim as a tutor is always to ensure that students have a better understanding of what they may have been struggling with before, I come up with new and exciting ways to teach and always keep learning as fun as I can but making sure the aim is to make children confident and have a positive outlook on work. I currently work at a tuition centre and have been now for over 2 years here I prep 11 plus and teach children of all ages, overall I get positive feedback from both children and parents. If needed I provide extra resources such as worksheets etc for children to take home and try their best to complete it. A requirement of mine is that I prefer to tutor at my own home as transport can be a slight issue at the moment :) I do assign homework weekly as I think it is extremely important to develop a child's initiative and how they can tackle questions independently. From giving homework I also gain an understanding of the child's progress on that certain topic we have covered and if further practice is needed then I make sure that we tackle the topic till they are fully confident with it. Myself I am currently studying computer science at university, other than this art is a massive hobby of mine I do calligraphy and henna when I can, I have also volunteered with charities before as I feel helping society in today's day and age is extremely important.View Profile
Second year Imperial Computing student, with previous teaching experience.
I’ve previously tutored struggling Key Stage 3 maths students, and aided in the teaching of GCSE computer science to a set of year 10s over a course of a school year. I aim to motivate my tutees to study, ensure they are confident with the current material and then stretch their abilities.View Profile

Computer science university teaching assistant. Taught 200+ students so far 🎓
I am currently unable to take on any new students. Sorry about that! == I'm a computer science graduate, currently in my third year completing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence. I'm a teaching assistant at King's College London, and have taught over 200+ students in classrooms and around 20 students privately. I've worked in several companies of all sizes as a software engineer and a UX/UI designer. I can help you with learning how to code, programming practices, and designing software. I can also make sure you have the most important skills you need to get into university to study computer science, maths or science subjects; as well as make sure you have the skills necessary to get work experience in early years so that by the time you graduate you'll be ready to get your dream job.View Profile
Accomplished tutor and undergraduate at University of Oxford
I’m Alex, and I’m a second year undergraduate currently studying Maths and Computer Science at the University of Oxford. My passion for these subjects stem from a young age: I’ve continuously taken part in various courses and contests, often achieving well in them. Pursuing Maths has also broadened my horizons significantly; Maths as a universal language connects us all, and I’ve taken advantage of that to collaborate with many other students both at a local and international level. I would be able to tutor in a number of areas. My deep and broad knowledge of Maths and Computer Science means that I’ll be able to tutor them up to A level/pre-university standard. Having been through the Oxford admissions process, I’m also well equipped in mentoring potential applicants, and would be able to offer help with interview and admissions test preparation.View Profile

Passionate Primary Teacher for English, History and Law
My name is Nouman, and this is my 2nd year of teaching. I did Master of Law from City, University of London. I have taught History, English and Law. In addition to that I promote the love of reading and always encourage my students to develop reading habit. I believe that motivation plays important role and I strive to motivate and engage all my students in learning rather than simply accepting that some students cannot be engaged and are destined to do poorly. I believe every student is capable of achieving success at school and I do all I can to find ways of making each my student successful. In my classroom learning environment promotes fun, growth, and a sense of family.View Profile
