PhD researcher and tutor in English Literature at the University of Glasgow.
I like long books and cats. I tutor English at all levels from secondary school exams to postgraduate. I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, I have been an examiner for OCR A-level English Literature, and I have particular skills tutoring students with additional learning needs. I specialise in nineteenth-century literature, but I have taught across the canon from Chaucer to Shakespeare to modern experimental poetry.

Hi I am Erin. Message me via my phone number @+44(0)7307993595 as I can’t see your message. I have taught maths and science before studying masters here in Scotland. Learning is forever and it’s never too old to learn anything from the start. I love to see my students making great progress throughout my tutoring and i hope they can be inspired by me to explore more fun area of their interests in the future. :)
Hi! My name is Ana and I am a fourth-year Psychology and Business & Management student at the University of Glasgow. I just finished my exchange year at the University of Hong Kong. Having excelled academically throughout my high school studies, I graduated first-of-class and was awarded an Honours recognition, which then led to my receiving a scholarship for studies in Spain. I am incredibly passionate about languages, as I currently learn Portuguese, Chinese and German (and I am bilingual in English). Happy to help you with your German and Chinese if you are getting started, and of course with your Spanish or English at any level! I believe that learning languages is one of the most beautiful things that you can do. A new language is a completely new world to explore: new people, a new culture, new food, new cities... Also, in high school I did Maths, Chemistry, Physics, English, Spanish, and Philosophy; all subjects which I have taught to high-school students before! Another thing that especially drives me is seeing how people progress and there, my interest in joining this platform and teaching you something that I already know about. Teaching is also the best way to learn myself and the opportunity to meet new people. Look forward to meeting you!
