Im passionate about supporting students in achieving success
I have worked in education for over 12 years. I am a PGCE qualified teacher and I have worked with a range of students.
Qualified primary school teacher with experience in the private sector.
I am a qualified primary school teacher with experience in the private sector. I have worked at a range of schools most recently in London but also in Cumbria, and have taught children ranging from 5 to 11 years. After successfully providing tuition to pupils in East London and having recently moved to Heanor, Derbyshire, I am looking to continue this service over a wide range of primary subjects. If your child is working towards their SATs, requires extra support or loves to learn more outside their time at school, I can supply an excellent standard of tuition for a reasonable fee. All DBS checks are up to date and my current rate is £25 per hour including resources. If interested, you can contact me by phone or by email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Hi, I’m Isabelle. I’m currently studying English and History at the University of Warwick; I did English Literature, History and Biology at A level and achieved A*AA so am comfortable tutoring these subjects up to A Level Standard. Unfortunately, due to university commitments I’m only able to teach novels/poems for English Literature which I have already read or studied (please message to check these with me).

Savvy tutor and undergraduate at The University of Sheffield
Hi, I’m Lizzie. I’ve been tutoring for 4 years, and have recently switched to online teaching. I enjoy making my lessons as fun and engaging for pupils as possible, for example using games such as 'Shut the Box', as well as using items such as coins, bricks and fraction cubes to enhance learning (I provide these). I understand that each pupil has very different goals and I also have a thorough understanding of the KS1 and KS2 curricula. Using both of these together, I can create plans to work either short or long term towards these goals, for example success in exams or just building confidence around learning.
