I am extremely passionate when it comes to Law and Sociology. I love engaging with pupils, whether it is through teaching, tutoring or even mentoring. I am able to gain peoples trust quite quickly, which will result in the pupil being themselves in lessons so that I can fully engage with them. I aim to make my lessons fun and never awkward, always resulting in improved performance in their chosen subject/s. Whilst studying them at A Level, I used to teach it GCSE classes for Sociology where I learned how to adapt my style for younger pupils in order to help them benefit greatly. Many of the pupils I taught received grades 7-9. I also taught A Level Law and Sociology to first year sixth formers. I provided them with more rigorous and informative lessons, at the same time ensuring that they fully understand one topic before moving on. Every pupil I have taught has said they enjoyed my lessons and they always learn new things, which is what I strive to achieve. As Law and Sociology can be very hard subjects to learn with the amount of information you need to know, I have a range of teaching methods to ensure that pupils do actually take in and retain the necessary information for their courses.
