Passionate Maths tutor to help you get the grades you need | KS3, GCSE
Hi! My name is Gokul and I’m currently in Year 13 doing my A levels. I have achieved A in all my AS levels which are Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry. My passion for Maths has always been substantial in my life due to its relation to real life situations and it’s use in many applications of further education. I am currently a tutor at the Kumon Maths and English centre where I teach these subjects to children of ages 5-16. I have achieved A* in 4 Maths GCSEs, including Further Mathematics. I love teaching maths as it is a great feeling when a student understands something they were initially struggling on, I am flexible in my teaching methods and can adapt to different methods if a student is struggling.
Maths Gcse and A level tutor
Hi, I'm a second year student at Cardiff university studying Maths. I've had some experience tutoring friends and family friends and I'm also a student mentor at the university this year. Maths is subject that needs practice and without it you'll never be able to do it. That's why I focus on practice and problem solving. I try to keep the theory concise and to the point so the student can grasp the concept easily. Then, I solve some questions for the students myself and break the solutions down linking them to the theory. I like to give practice exercises to my students so they can practice and bring back any problems they might have back for the next lesson. As I've been through the whole Gcse and A level scenario relativity recently I know how a student thinks and how to handle the situation.
