Online lessonsExperienced tutor and undergraduate at University College London (UCL)
Hi, Iโm Emma and would be delighted to help you in any subject mentioned below. Iโm very dedicated in everything I undertake and speak fluidly 5 languages! I have been tutoring for three years now making me confident in my teaching style and abilities. It is very important for me that the student finds the answers by himself with my guidance rather than merely me giving him the raw answer directly. I am a fun, dynamic and enthusiast teacher that will make you want to work. See you soon in a class!

Online lessonsAcademic coaching and tutoring for namely those that get distracted.
Iโm particularly keen in helping students with attentional difficulties, task management issues, restlessness, and other related issues. I want to hammer the notion home, especially to young people, that learning is the most pleasurable thing in the world so long as you properly negotiate your approach to it with your difficulties. I have attention deficit disorder (ADD) myself, and after feeling shattered by not meeting the standards I knew I could achieve (for example, a characteristic ADD symptom is hyper-focus on what youโre interested in: I got 98% in English Literature - something I love - at A-level, but two Bโs in philosophy and politics), I sought to do something about it and developed an approach which has worked really nicely (for example, now being able to read three books a week). I am currently doing a BA in Arabic at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and attended King Alfred School in Hampstead where I achieved 6A*s and 3As at GCSE level and A*BB at A level.

ProOnline lessonsPassionate tutor who is ready to teach!
Currently studying at University College London. Strong believer of tailored tutoring - every student learns best differently, and it is my job to help them figure out how and adapt my teaching accordingly. I personally view being a tutor as being similar to a mentor, and hope to work with the student to develop skills that not only allow them to conquer specific academic subjects, but which can prove advantageous in many other areas. Ultimately, I strive to bring out the absolute best in my student.
Priya Veda Pathak
Online lessonsSkilled tutor and undergraduate at Oxford Brookes University
Experience teaching all ages mainly those on GCSE level and A level studies. I adapt my teaching style to fit the strengths of my student and every lesson I set goal to improve their weaker areas by working on it in lesson and requiring them to practice what they have learned in lesson time. I emphasise self-confidence in learning new things and have had experience teaching Spanish and English at the basic level and also at a more sophisticated level. I have also assisted GCSE students with English Literature, Spanish and Geography to and A-A* standard. Psychology, Spanish, Philosophy and English Literature were studied during my A-level and i am very confident that my experience and deep understanding of these subjects makes me a very qualified tutor for those in studying GCSEโs and A-levels as well as undergraduate level of Psychology. My fluent level of Spanish has proved to be a positive assistant in my Spanish language lessons as well as Spanish individuals wishing to learn English both at an academic level and colloquial level.
