DBSOnline lessonsI’m passionate about teaching Physics, Maths and Programming.
I’m currently a second year PhD student at Imperial College doing physics. I’m passionate about Maths, physics and coding (especially in Python) and love sharing my experiences and enthusiasm with those I teach. “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough” has always been the major motivation that drives me to teach and makes me enjoy teaching. When I teach, my strategy involves ensuring students understand basic concepts and techniques, how to link them together to solve more complex problems and helping students build up their abstract thinking progressively.
In the past, I had taught A-level physics to Year 12 students at Newham Collegiate Sixth Form as a part-time tutor. My teaching experience also includes undergraduate teaching at Imperial College and I’ve taught undergraduate-level courses such as Year 2 Electromagnetism (for chemists), Year 3 Computational Physics and supervised Year 1 summer projects.
