I work really hard to get students as excited about maths and sciences as I am!
I'm currently doing a PhD in Computing at Imperial, and have been tutoring in my spare time for 6 years. I have a lot of experience preparing students for their science GCSEs and maths A-levels, in all the exam boards. All together I have over 500 hours private tutoring experience.
Programmer. Foodie. Husband. Father.
I'm a 29yr old developer with 12 years of programming experience. I currently lead a tech team at ASOS.
A savvy physicist, perfect for slow learners!
I have 250+ hours of experience in teaching and am currently pursuing a Physics degree at UCL. I provide online Mathematics, Physics, and Programming tuitions from Elementary up to A-levels. Most of my students struggled with basic fundamental concepts of any topic. But through the online whiteboard I use for tutoring, it makes it easy to visualize complex scenarios. Once I'm done with fundamentals I equip students with helpful step-by-step techniques to help solve problems in no time, saving valuable brain power! At the beginning of my tutoring journey, I had a TA class of 14 slow learning students who needed a 75% to be exempted from my extra class. After a month, only 2 students were left. I have been told that some of my students chose their entire degree choices due to how vibrant I made the subject! If you're looking for Mathematics/Physics/Programming lessons, you've come to the right place😊
Savvy tutor and undergraduate at University College London (UCL)
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic person and tutor. With lots of experience up to GCSE level and as a teaching assistant for 2 years in a primary school. I am to make a tutoring session fun, interesting and productive. I was also an academic scholar at Marlborough college and part of my role for this was being a mentor to pupils doing their GCSE’s two years below. I am currently studying at University College London studying PPE (philosophy, politics and economics) with data science.
Hard-working tutor and who is ready to teach!
I am a student with the Open University with 5 years of programming experience in a range of different programming languages (mostly self taught). I volunteer with a youth organisation and have a lot of instructional experience teaching mostly teenagers. I like to establish any past experiences or knowledge that the student may have in any subject, which my lessons will aim to either follow on from or introduce the topic with structured goals and objectives to achieve in each lesson.
Resourceful tutor in physical, applied and social sciences at Imperial College.
I am very friendly but results-oriented. I take keen interest in my students progress and development.
Computer Science and Maths graduate with 3+ years tutoring experience
I've been offering private tutoring for the past few years to kids, students and adults who need a bit of extra help or want to learn something new! I'll work with you towards whatever goal you have - whether that be boosting a GCSE grade, getting advice on a project, improving confidence in times tables or learning a new programming language. I have 5 years of industry experience writing in Python and have taught on recognised courses as well as working with individuals to set a curriculum suitable for them. Please reach out if you have any questions :)

I’m passionate about teaching Physics, Maths and Programming.
I’m currently a second year PhD student at Imperial College doing physics. I’m passionate about Maths, physics and coding (especially in Python) and love sharing my experiences and enthusiasm with those I teach. “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough” has always been the major motivation that drives me to teach and makes me enjoy teaching. When I teach, my strategy involves ensuring students understand basic concepts and techniques, how to link them together to solve more complex problems and helping students build up their abstract thinking progressively. In the past, I had taught A-level physics to Year 12 students at Newham Collegiate Sixth Form as a part-time tutor. My teaching experience also includes undergraduate teaching at Imperial College and I’ve taught undergraduate-level courses such as Year 2 Electromagnetism (for chemists), Year 3 Computational Physics and supervised Year 1 summer projects. Prices are negotiable.
Dedicated tutor and undergraduate at Goldsmiths, University of London
Studies and exams can be stressful, having just graduated from BSc Computer Science in 2020 - i understand that too. There’s alot of pressure to meet grade boundaries and targets for students - this is where i come in. My job is to use my experience to help you enjoy what you’re learning, whilst you try hard to meet your targets. Knowledge is power and even more so when you like what you learn.
Computing Undergraduate at Imperial College London with A*A*A* performance in high school.
I love instilling a love and confidence for the subjects I teach. Mathematics and Computer science for me are disciplines that almost any student should be able to do well at, so long as they are willing to work and are given the right resources and mentoring (which is where I come in!).
Passionate software developer
I am an enthusiastic software developer. I mostly like programming as you have the opportunity to get new challenges every day and solve different kinds of problems. The best way of learning a programming language is by practising. That's why my lessons include solving coding problems. I believe that in the future all of us will be required to know at least some basic programming. Thus, I want to share any knowledge as this will benefit both myself and other people realise that programming is not that hard, it's actually fun :)
