Aerospace engineering student with 4 years exp tutoring Maths and All Sciences!
I am currently in my second year of study at Queen Mary University in London. I have been tutoring for just over 3 and a half years and have helped students achieve success in their respected courses. I take pride in my student's work which motivates me to work even harder to ensure that my students are 100% prepared to take their exams. I mainly teach physics and maths because these are subjects that I am passionate about and ones that I use every single day in my chosen degree. I believe my understanding in the topic has grown significantly over the past few years, especially in university where I have had to come up with creative ways to tackle problems which have helped me understand the core concepts of the subjects even better. In addition, I also really enjoy watching and taking part in various sporting activities. My favourite being football and my favourite team is Liverpool (I assure you I will still help you with your studies if you support another team!). aside from that, I have an interest in aircraft, motor vehicles and motorsport. To conclude I am here to help you succeed and will do my best to ensure that you are ready to achieve your full potential in your examinations.

Learning science from a scientist
You will get Chemistry from someone that lives for (loves) chemistry. I work as an academic researcher in radiochemistry, a sub-sector of chemistry that uses radioactivity to synthesise molecule for diagnosis. I have years of research experience Having worked in several research groups in the area of medicinal chemistry and pharmaceutical technology (Italy, Spain, UK). During my scientific career I have been trained and gained experience in tutoring master (2 for 1 year) and undergraduate students (5 for 6-8 months). I have a passion for science, research and teaching. The way I try to tutor is to make sure that the student will achieve a strong knowledge of science that makes him/her feel confident with the subject. I feel competent to help anyone in Chemistry on any level and Maths and Biology up to A-levels. I start my sessions by first understanding which level you are and we go through together to different sections you want to learn, which questions are difficult to understand and past papers. I then use this to plan, with your input, the goals and the and timeframe. I am very committed to the success of my student and I am fully devoted to answering quickly and effectively your questions. I am here to put my knowledge as a service to help you to achieve your goals. Through tutoring, I also mentor the student for your development. I think its a pretty unique experience that you will have to be mentored by an experienced chemist that love science. The low price does not reflect my high commitment. I have decided to start with this price to allow me to familiarise with this platform. I hope that you would consider this great opportunity.

Biology Lecturer | QMUL graduate
As a Biology Lecturer teaching at Level 3, and with previous tutoring experience, I believe I am the ideal candidate in this role as a private tutor. My current role as a Lecturer has developed my skillset considerably, prompting me to find new ways of explaining concepts so they would be understood by students of a wide range of abilities. Additionally, having served as a private tutor and as a mentor for first year university students, I learned how students can benefit from individual support away from the classroom environment. Furthermore, having worked in a primary school, a care home, a GP surgery, in retail, and shadowed consultants in a hospital, I have gained experience in a range of settings, thus diversifying my experience. In addition to my work experience, I believe I have the academic credentials to be a successful tutor. My degree study in biomedical sciences has endowed me with intimate knowledge in my subject area, which has culminated in a research project in my final year which has pushed me right to the forefront of the field. As a student having gone through the stages of the education ‘ladder’, I have gained first-hand knowledge of what kind of approach to take with different types of test at different levels, including admissions tests such as the BMAT, UKCAT, and 11+ examinations. I have also understood the need for education to be tailored for the needs of each student to help maximise their potential. Having gone through all the levels of academic education up to degree level has given me a strong academic base and in-depth subject knowledge that will help me to deliver the highest quality of education. Overall, my academic success has been reflected in my university, A Level, and GCSE grades, as well as those achieved grades in the admissions tests.
Struggling with maths or science? I can help!
Hello! I'm a friendly, approachable 1st class pharmacy graduate from UCL and currently work as a medical writer in the pharmaceutical industry, whilst tutoring in my spare time. I've achieved A*-A grades at GCSE and AS/A levels in Maths, biology chemistry, and physics. I'd love to share my knowledge and passion for these subjects and tutoring is an ideal way for me to pursue this. I have taught Maths and English to students aged 5-14 years and have tutored GCSE Maths and Science to students in after school clubs as well as privately. In addition to this, I have also assisted students with the science and maths components of entrance exam preparation. Whilst I was at university, I took part in the Teach First leadership development programme, which involved lectures on the current education system and various teaching techniques. I also worked as a teaching assistant during this programme, where I successfully planned and taught a science lesson to year 5 class.
