Medical Physicist - Imperial College London and Fully Qualified Teacher
I studied Medical Engineering as an undergraduate degree (MEng), followed by a Masters in Medical Physics (MSc) from Imperial College London. I have a strong passion for science, maths and engineering and enjoy the challenges of teaching and imparting my knowledge to allow student to appreciate the beauty of science. I am a fully qualified teacher and teach maths and science upto GCSE as well as A-Level Physics and Maths at a Comprehensive School in Surrey. Having studied at a grammar school, I am aware of the challenges and pressure in order to get a place. Over the years I have developed a good inderstanding of the style and type of questions they tend to ask. Not only do I teach the core concepts, but I also help my students master the skills needed for exams. With a proven track record of success with my students I am confident that I can help with your goals at any level.

Maths and Physics makes the world go round (literally)!
I’m Nathan, a physics undergrad from the University of Nottingham. All of physics is fascinating to me but my favourite areas are its medical applications; from nuclear medicine in treating cancer to looking inside the body using huge magnets! Passing my knowledge onto others, and helping them reach their potential is one of the best feelings in the world, and something I hope to achieve here. Other than Physics, I enjoy cooking, movies and scuba diving.
Patient, knowledgable teaching led by research based practice and experience.
Biology and Psychology specialist trained by the South Downs SCITT in 2017/18 and now a GCSE Science teacher at DMAT. As an NQT, I offer lower rates than others in the area, with pre-booking multiple lessons offering discounts. I teach to the AQA Science exam specification day-to-day, but also Edexcel.
Full time secondary school teacher and AQA/Edexcel examiner
I am a full time secondary school chemistry and physics teacher teaching all key stage levels up to Alevel. I am also an examiner for both AQA and Edexcel and IB trained.
Patient and enthusiastic Maths, Sciences (all three),English and Economics tutor
Patient and enthusiastic Maths, Sciences & English tutor from primary school to A level (not including English and biology A level), also able to teach 11+ test content. I enjoy when students understand their work and become excited and engaged, I understand that it may take longer for people to grasp somethings which is completely normal and fine. I always adapt my teaching method if I know one method of teaching isn’t working for a specific person until they understand rather than repeating the same thing over and over in the same way. I like to make things as interactive and engaging as possible while still teaching effectively. I always aim to make a student feel extremely confident in their abilities and ready for their exams, through promoting self belief and doing small tests after content has been thoroughly covered and going over problem areas until they are polished, leaving the student completely confident in their abilities as this is an extremely important factor when it comes to studying. I provide study plans for myself before hand to make sure every topic is covered and to allow my students the best opportunity to be completely prepared and thrive.
