Hello, I’m Paige and I’m currently located in Twickenham! I am currently working as a teaching assistant in a year 4 class in Richmond borough. I am also undertaking my BA education degree at Brunel University. I am studying towards gain QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) so that I can teach at primary school level in 2021. I have a keen interest in working with children to develop their maths and English abilities to help support them in mainstream learning. I have previously worked with disadvantaged children in the Richmond borough by holding small group tutor session for refugees and children in care. Introduction- I will introduce the topic by addressing the main thins of what they are good at and what they are not good at and they keep a copy and what they have to go through for the tutoring sessions and then provide some notes for them about the topic and then discuss the main ideas around it (2 hours) 2. The next thing is going over again the topic concerns and providing them sheets that consolidate the areas of focus and to help them (4 hours) 3.
