Passionate tutor and undergraduate at University of Sussex
I at currently a psychology masters student at the University of Surrey. I lived in Spain since the age of seven before starting university in the UK in 2016. I am fluent in Spanish and completed my education in Spanish up to Spanish Bachiller level (comparable to A Levels), therefore I have a vast knowledge of grammar and vocabulary, as well as pronunciation skills and an understanding of everything surrounding the Spanish culture. I have previous experience tutoring at GCSE level, teaching both AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I also have experience teaching English as a second language to primary school children, however I would feel comfortable tutoring students at all ages and levels. I am enthusiastic, calm and patient, and know that learning a language can be tricky as I have done it myself, but I hope to make it easier. Feel free to contact me with any questions or enquiries you may have! ElizaView Profile

I have plenty of experience teaching both adult learners and children in a wide variety of subjects. My teaching philosohpy is that the more fun you have with a subject, the more you will learn. I try to make lessons engaging, fun and imaginative. I also have experience in working with children in the ABA framework. Teaching is my absolute passion!View Profile
Seasoned tutor and undergraduate at Universidad de Sevilla
I am a bilingual Journalism graduate. I speak English, Spanish and French, and I am willing to teach any of these languages in Manchester. I see myself as a laid-back teacher, who is also willing to learn from students and help them improve through a positive environment. I have previous experience in teaching children as well as adults, so I can teach both. A bit about myself: I am half Irish half Spanish but born and raised in Andalucía, Spain. I studied Journalism in Sevilla and I love music, sports and gaming. Also, I have travelled extensively around Europe and I really like finding out about new cultures and people. What about you? If you have any questions don’t be afraid of asking and don’t hesitate in getting in touch!View Profile

Passionate and experienced multilingual tutor!
I have 4 years’ experience as a private tutor and now a full-time tutor, as I have been for just over 6 months. I have experience teaching a range of students in terms of age (from 5 to over 60) and level. I have taught English as a Foreign Language, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German and Latin as well as English and Maths (up to 13+) to a total of more than 50 students (including some groups). Many of these students have been learning for exams, such as GCSEs and A-Levels, while some have been casual learners. While flexibility is essential and I try to tailor my approach to each student, I base my tutoring on transmitting my passion and expertise in learning to the student. As a speaker of many languages, I have considerable experience of the language learning process and know-how of language learning techniques. I use this to predict common pitfalls and difficulties for students, and to explain these by breaking them down in simple terms. In this way, the student’s confidence increases and they feel able to reach their targets. While I have high standards, I also believe students will naturally want to learn more if they have fun. I often use cultural materials such as books, films or songs in my lessons so that the student sees the advantages of language learning and so starts to learn proactively and thus improve faster.View Profile
