I currently work in the Higher Education sector as a Visiting Lecturer at a number of institutions. My academic interests have always been broad ranging, having taken a mixture of science, arts, languages and humanities right to the end of my secondary education. I went on do gain a 1:1 BA (Hons) in Performance (Acting Option) at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts (UEA). After working professionally as an Actor and Theatre Maker, I began coaching privately - and to this day maintain a busy private practice working with professional performers and those looking to train at a higher level. I hold a MA in Actor Training and Coaching (Distinction) from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (University of London) - where my research focussed on the use of play in actor training in conjunction with queer and radical pedagogy.View Profile

With my university I volunteer at under-privileged schools to tutor young children. I am CRB checked and have experience in the tutoring industry. All my tutees have received grades A*- B in their A-Levels as I draw from my undergraduate knowledge to help students gain an in-depth insight into the subject.View Profile
Hi! My name is Ana and I am a fourth-year Psychology and Business & Management student at the University of Glasgow. I just finished my exchange year at the University of Hong Kong. Having excelled academically throughout my high school studies, I graduated first-of-class and was awarded an Honours recognition, which then led to my receiving a scholarship for studies in Spain. I am incredibly passionate about languages, as I currently learn Portuguese, Chinese and German (and I am bilingual in English). Happy to help you with your German and Chinese if you are getting started, and of course with your Spanish or English at any level! I believe that learning languages is one of the most beautiful things that you can do. A new language is a completely new world to explore: new people, a new culture, new food, new cities... Also, in high school I did Maths, Chemistry, Physics, English, Spanish, and Philosophy; all subjects which I have taught to high-school students before! Another thing that especially drives me is seeing how people progress and there, my interest in joining this platform and teaching you something that I already know about. Teaching is also the best way to learn myself and the opportunity to meet new people. Look forward to meeting you!View Profile
