What options do you need to take at GCSE to be a Midwife? 😕😬?

Honestly, at GCSEs it doesn’t actually matter! Just make sure you get good grades - that’s really all universities look at when it comes to GCSEs.

What happens when an atom is ionised?

An atom becomes ionised when it becomes charged. This charge can be positive (+) or negative (-). What generally causes this is the gain or loss of electrons. Electrons are negatively charged. So if an atom GAINS an electron it becomes more negatively charged. Oppositely if an atom LOOSES an electron it looses that negative charge so itself becomes more positive ie more positively charged.

What GCSE’s do I need for being a real estate agent?

In addition to the above answers, I also think getting experience would be really valuable. Many real estate agents are happy to offer work experience for a few weeks at a time. I’d recommend calling or asking them in person for this. It’s a great way for you to learn more about the industry.

So basically im trash at maths, have a long ass maths test tomrrow at school, and im procrastinating rn by asking you a question. What should i do???

Haha I love this! Just focus on what you do know, and make sure you don’t drop marks on those questions. I think I mentioned this is another answer but, maths repeats itself. Find past papers and I’m pretty sure you’ll get very similar questions again!

The best way to help with a question like this is to work through an example answer of yours. What subject is this question for?

On Christmas Eve, Scrooge is visited by a series of ghosts, starting with his old business partner, Jacob Marley. The three spirits which follow, the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Christmas Present and Christmas Yet to Come, show Scrooge how his mean behaviour has affected those around him. At the end of the story he is relieved to discover that there is still time for him to change and we see him tra... more

What is the best way to structure and write the unseen poetry section in AQA for the top marks?

The best way to structure and write the unseen poetry section in AQA for the best marks is to first think about the basics- language, form and structure. This will then set the basis for your ideas and get your mind set in the exam about what to add on. First of all, write down how many stanzas are in the poem, how many lines there are, what type of structure it has to relate to the poem. For exa... more

How serious is coronavirus?

Imagine you had the virus. You tried your best to self isolate but even then, you still managed to pass it on to 2 other people. Doesn’t seem too bad, right? Well, if this happens 10 times over (so the 2 people you gave it to passed it on to two others), the virus would have reached 1000 people. That seems a little scary, until you realise what happens if you DON’T self isolate. Let’s say you ca... more
