Ch4(g)+3Cl2(g)=ChCl3(g)+3HCl(g) how many grams of Ch4 is needed to produce 37.5g of ChCl3?

In the equation the ratio of moles of CH4 to CHCl3 is equal, therefore there are equal moles present. Use the relative atomic mass of CHCl3 to work out how many moles are present and apply that to how many moles of CH4 are present. This can be done using the moles=mass/Mr. With the amount of moles of CH4 known, you can use the same equation to work out mass.

A block is placed on an inclined plane which is moving towards right horizontal with an acceleration 10. The length of AC is1m if all surfaces are smooth then time taken by block to reach from CtoA?

Do you know initial velocity? If so you can use a suvat equation to help you answer this. S=ut+1/2at^2 S=distance travelled, u=initial velocity, a=velocity, t=time

What happens to proteins within the endoplasmic reticulum?

The ribosomes on the rough endoplamic reticulum assemble proteins during translation. Usually the proteins are packaged in vesicles which travel to the Golgi apparatus. The smooth endoplasmic reticulum is important in the production/storage of lipid and steroids.
