About

Having taken part in the Teach First Leadership and Development programme, I am now a Qualified Mathematics teacher and covering Economics teacher at a North London based school. I am also undertaking a masters at the University of Oxford in Teaching and Learning MSc. Currently taking the last few bookings for students who are sitting exams in Summer 2019. My methods are easy to comprehend and exam question-based. I specialize in aiding two types of students, those who wish to push themselves to attain top grades levels 7-9. As well as those who require extra assistance in attaining a strong pass. My focus is on developing conceptual understanding among students. This helps them visualize problems better which will result in greater resilience and creative thinking when tackling new problems. This can be consequently applied to exam questions across a variety of subjects. With the right conceptual understanding and practice, any student can attain an outstanding grade. I am currently a qualified teacher, I have taught from KS3-KS5. I have been responsible for the learning and development of students from varying backgrounds and abilities. I teach Mathematics and cover Economics. However my expertise in tutoring stretches to include English literature and language. I have also tutored privately for over 5 years.
