Experienced tutor and undergraduate at University of Bristol
Specialising in Maths Tuition. I have graduated with a Maths degree from Bristol in 2012 and since then I have worked in Finance and provided private maths tuition up to GCSE. My approach to tutoring is simple but effective. I would like to have a conversation with the student before our first session in order to understand what their weakness is. I will then work with the students on topics they are struggling with or don't understand with intermediate tests in between to make sure methods are understood. This then helps them persevere at school as they understand concept and exams.
Study smarter, learn faster without working harder
I spent a lot of my class time in secondary school being bored and restless. I was NOT a model student. Sitting in a class was always so boring to me. Then I discovered fun ways of making the lessons interesting when I attended the Mind Olympics in Earls Court. The 'mind athletes' at this event learned how to use their brains like a musical instrument. Learning and memorising facts easily like picking up feathers. Ever since that time I have been learning many subjects and showing other students how to enjoy their subjects while find better ways to get the results they want.

I’m an enthusiastic Maths tutor with two years experience teaching gcse maths, physics and english
I would describe it as results driven. Since I typically work with students one on one, I always try to clearly define the goals with each one. Not what I want to achieve, but what they want to achieve, what they expect from our cooperation. Then, considering their current level of language skills, and what kind of personality they are, I come up with a clear plan for the entire year, including some milestones and tests, in order to evaluate our progress regularly. And just then do I choose my teaching methods, adjusting them with the plan and ultimate goal I have for the student.
I’m passionate about educating and helping others to achieve their goals!
I am an international student studying in St. Mary’s University, Twickenham. I’m studying L.L.B. (Hons). I’m currently in second year of my degree. Computer Scientist and a programmer with industry experience, and experience tutoring undergrads
I'm a Master's student in Computer Science with years of experience in industry and academia. I have previously tutored Undergraduate students at University and have worked as a demonstrator during labs. I'm usually informal and like to make teaching fun. I believe that computer science and programming are best taught hands on with some theory beforehand. Similar in structure to the way universities teach. I especially enjoy working with students from different academic backgrounds, and introducing them to programming and computer science as a whole.
