Passionate English and ESL Tutor
Hello! My name is Mehak. I studied Criminology and Psychology at university and now work as an English tutor and ESL teacher. I have always had a passion for English Language and Literature, and always got the highest marks in school. Creative writing is one of my favourite things to do and I love reading too. I can be a bit of a stickler for correct grammar and punctuation, which makes this job perfect for me. I have been a volunteer and private tutor of English, both academic and general, for over 6 months now. I can honestly say that there is nothing else I would rather do than teach others. Positivity is the key to succeeding and that is the motto I go by. I think learning is the best and we can have so much fun learning together! Don't be nervous, I am here to help. It's okay if you make mistakes because that is how we learn. Confidence is just as important as positivity, because you need to feel like you are capable of doing well. I constantly offer encouragement for all of my students. Even when they are really struggling. You are doing this for yourself, not me, not your parents, not your teachers. Just keep calm and keep smiling! You can do this and I can't wait for us to get started! https://www.tutorfair.com/blog/volunteer-tutoring-mehaks-story
Savvy tutor who is ready to teach!
I am currently a private tutor for a number of students. My handle on big Instagram and Facebook is ‘Study With Saff’ if you are interested 😊 I am an A level student who would like to start tutoring younger years to help them excel in their studies. My teaching style consists of making revision tools, helping provoke the students to come up with their own, unique ideas, helping them to structure and complete exam questions and many more activities. In my GCSE’s I scored an 8, two 7’s, three 6’s and three 5’s and in my first set of AS mocks I received an ABCC. My predicted grades for my final year before university are an A*ABB and I wish to study Law. Not only in the likes of my A-levels have I had experience, but I have had experience outside of my studies in a number of different firms in the law sector, including the CPS, Enoch Evans LLP and Browne Jacobson LLP.

Seasoned tutor and undergraduate at University of Birmingham
Hi, I am a current Chemical Engineering student at the University of Birmingham. Having achieved exceptional grades in my GCSE’s and A-Levels, I am pleased to be able to facilitate students who are now going through the same processes I did. As a student, I understand the struggles and stress from GCSE and A-Level exams and I am happy to help. I specialise in Chemistry, Maths and Biology.
I want to help you understand maths, and how it isn't as scary as it may seem!
I struggled with maths at A level, until I got a tutor myself. It took the pressure away of trying to figure things out by myself. I then went to uni with the skills to succeed on my own. I've interned in several school, primary, secondary and A level, helping in all levels of maths. I would be training to teach next year, but a PhD opportunity opened up. Please, let me help you! I love maths, it's wonderful. You don't have to love it, but I'd like to help you understand!
